The Growth Sage (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Platform”) operates as a global B2B software and services marketplace and community content platform accessible at www.thegrowthsage.com and associated subdomains (collectively, the “Platform”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, visitors, contributors, listed companies, and any other individuals who interact with the Platform (collectively, “you” or “User”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, disclose, and protect your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform. It also describes your rights and choices regarding your personal data.   • To process payments for any paid features, premium listings, or subscription services
  • To personalize your experience, provide tailored recommendations, and improve platform relevance
  • To conduct analytics, measure performance, and understand how Users interact with the Platform
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and government requests
  • To enforce our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements
  • To use and incorporate your feedback, suggestions, and ideas into Platform development (see Section 10)
  • To train, improve, and develop Platform features including any AI or machine learning tools we may deploy

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND REVIEWS

When you post reviews, ratings, articles, interview responses, comments, or any other content on the Platform (“User Content”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your User Content may be publicly visible to all visitors and users of the Platform, including in search engine results
  • By default, your name may be displayed alongside your review or contribution. You may choose to submit reviews anonymously where the Platform offers this option, however The Growth Sage reserves the right to verify your identity internally even where anonymous display is permitted
  • Companies listed on the Platform may publicly respond to reviews left on their listing pages
  • The Growth Sage reserves the right to edit, moderate, remove, or decline to publish any User Content at its sole discretion and without notice or liability
  • The Growth Sage may use, reproduce, display, distribute, sublicense, and create derivative works from your User Content in any media format, worldwide, for promotional, marketing, or platform operation purposes
  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights

Please do not include sensitive personal information in reviews or public content submissions, as such information may be publicly accessible.

5. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

5.1 With Listed Vendors and Companies

When you submit an inquiry, project request, or initiate contact with a company listed on the Platform, you expressly consent to The Growth Sage sharing your contact information (including name, email address, and any details you provide in the inquiry) with the relevant listed company and, where applicable, with our affiliate network and partners. By initiating such contact, you agree to be contacted by those companies via email, phone, or other reasonable means using the details you provided.

5.2 With Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data processing agreements. These include:

Upon account deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to remove personally identifiable information, however we cannot guarantee complete removal of all data, particularly data that has been shared with third parties or cached by search engines.

9.4 India Resident Rights (IT Act 2000)

10. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, recommendations, or other input you provide to The Growth Sage regarding the Platform or its services (“Feedback”) shall become the sole and exclusive property of The Growth Sage. By submitting Feedback, you irrevocably assign to The Growth Sage all rights, title, and interest in such Feedback, including all intellectual property rights, without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or acknowledgement to you. The Growth Sage may use, incorporate, modify, or discard any Feedback at its sole discretion.

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, we will take prompt steps to delete such data and terminate the associated account. If you believe we may have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, software products, services, and platforms that are not owned or controlled by The Growth Sage. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party platforms. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party platform. Your use of any third-party platform is entirely at your own risk, and The Growth Sage expressly disclaims any liability relating thereto.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Growth Sage reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, to reflect changes in law, our business operations, or Platform features. The updated Policy will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, The Growth Sage has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns regarding this Privacy Policy and the handling of personal data.
